to investigate the owner of a private gambling club,
suspected of running a counterfeit ring.

Agent Conroy’s investigation takes him to somewhere in
northern California, and a religious cult believed to be
involved in cashing bogus e-bonds.

Agent Conroy impersonates a Nevada mine owner, in order
to smoke out a phony salesman involved in selling salted
mines to unsuspected clients.
